- From November 28, 2025 (opening of the Eguisheim Christmas market), the restaurant will be closed on Tuesday lunchtime and Wednesday lunchtime, and will be open every evening until 12/23/2025 included.
- The restaurant will be closed on Wednesday 12/24 and Thursday 12/25/2025 as well as Wednesday 12/31/2025 and Thursday 01/01/2026.
